What are your rates?

I offer 15 minute consultation video or phone calls free of charge for you to explore if this feels like the right fit for your healing journey.

TENNESSEE:

Individual: $150 per 50 min. session

*(75 min. intensive sessions available on request)

Couples: $180 per 50 min. session

Do you accept insurance?

I am a private pay clinician, and thus I do not accept insurance. However, I offer the chance to pay directly from an HSA/FSA account, and I can also provide statements for insurance submission after services upon request. If finances are a concern, we can discuss options in your consultation call.

Do you collaborate with other clinicians?

You've done your homework - great question. Yes, I do. I am supervised by the wonderful and kind, Dr. Laura Pace, PhD, LPC-S as well as Sarah Bearrs MHSP LPC-S with whom I collaborate weekly. I also have a handful of other clinicians who I trust based on their accredited training and specialties that differ from mine. I'm also a member of Texas Christian Counselors Inc. in their North Dallas Chapter, which allows me to consult with and learn from other clinicians in the area with similar values and specialties. As a part of the Made & Matter Counseling team, we often collaborate and share techniques and ideas in order to best serve our clients.

Where did you study to become a therapist?

I received my Masters of Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 2023, and I became licensed with the state of Texas shortly thereafter. Before graduate school, I had the privilege to receive my Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies with a focus in cult theology, minoring in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California.

Who are you when you're not a therapist?

Being a therapist is one of my greatest joys. It is not simply a "hat" that I put on, but truly a part of who I believe God created me to be. But, for fun outside of work space, I enjoy writing and creating new things such as painting, web design, and cooking. I've been known to frequent a two-stepping dance hall with my husband. We also enjoy visiting the mountains and being in God's creation, playing chess, and exploring new restaurants together.
